Wide Curl (Resistance Band)

How to do it

Stand evenly on the center of a resistance band and hold the ends wider than shoulder width with palms up. Keep your elbows near your sides as you curl both hands toward your shoulders, squeeze the biceps, then lower slowly against the band to full extension.

Setup

Stand on the band with enough width to hold both ends outside shoulder width and with equal tension. Keep palms up, wrists straight, elbows tucked, and torso tall.

Where you should feel it

In both biceps with resistance increasing toward the top and the forearms supporting the grip, while the core keeps the body still. Control the return.

When to use it

Use for portable wide-curl volume, warm-ups, or high-repetition biceps work. Smooth sets of 12-20 reps suit the rising resistance.
