Deadlift (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Deadlift

How to do it

Hold the low digital-resistance handles beside your legs and stand with your feet about hip width. Push your hips back with a neutral spine and soft knees, then drive through your feet and extend your hips to stand tall. Hinge back down slowly while keeping the handles close to your legs.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance handles evenly at the lowest position and stand centered with your feet about hip width. Hold one handle beside each leg, brace your abdomen, set your lats, and keep the cables clear as you hinge.

Where you should feel it

Through the hamstrings and glutes during the drive and programmed return, with the lats and whole trunk bracing. Lower-back dominance usually means the hips rose without the chest or the handles drifted away from your legs.

When to use it

Use for programmable conventional deadlifting with independent handles and controlled resistance. It supports hinge practice, moderate-load strength work, and quick adjustments without loading a bar from the floor.
