Wrist Curl (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Wrist Curl

How to do it

Rest one forearm on your thigh or a bench with the palm up and wrist hanging free while holding the digital-resistance handle. Curl the wrist upward, squeeze the forearm, then lower slowly to a full stretch. Complete the set and repeat on the other side.

Setup

Set one digital-resistance cable low and support the working forearm with the wrist clear of the edge. Hold the handle palm up with a straight hand-to-forearm alignment at the start.

Where you should feel it

Along the palm-side working forearm during both the curl and loaded return. The elbow and forearm should remain fixed on the support.

When to use it

Use for unilateral wrist-flexor work with programmable resistance and side-to-side comparison. Perform controlled sets of 10-20 reps per side.
