Wrist Curl (Machine)

How to do it

Rest your forearms on the wrist curl machine pad and grip the handles with palms up. Curl your wrists upward, squeezing the forearms, then lower under control to a full stretch.

Setup

Adjust the seat and pad so both forearms are fully supported and the wrists align with the machine pivot or edge. Hold the handles palms up with straight wrists at the start.

Where you should feel it

Along the palm-side forearms through the fixed wrist-curl path. Keep the elbows and forearms planted and stop before any painful wrist range.

When to use it

Use for stable wrist-flexor volume when grip setup and balance should not limit the set. Controlled sets of 12-20 reps work well.
