Shoulder Press (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Shoulder Press, Seated Shoulder Press (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Set the XR-Gear digital-resistance handles at shoulder height and grip one in each hand. Press both handles straight overhead to full extension, then lower back to shoulder level under control.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance handles evenly at shoulder height and stand or sit centered between them. Hold one handle at each shoulder with wrists stacked, elbows slightly forward, ribs down, and glutes braced.

Where you should feel it

Across the front and side shoulders during the press and loaded return, with the triceps finishing overhead. If your lower back works harder than your shoulders, reduce the load and keep your ribs stacked over your hips.

When to use it

Use for programmable bilateral shoulder pressing with independent handles and consistent resistance. It supports controlled strength or hypertrophy sets and makes load or resistance-profile changes quick between sets.
