Single-Leg Deadlift (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Single-Leg DL

How to do it

Set one or two digital-resistance handles low and stand on one leg with a soft knee. Hinge as the free leg reaches behind you, keep the pelvis square, then drive the planted hip forward to stand under control. Complete the set and repeat on the other side.

Setup

Choose one- or two-handle loading and keep that setup consistent for comparison. Stand over the planted foot with a soft knee, square hips, braced arch, long arms, and even cable tension.

Where you should feel it

Through the planted hamstrings and glutes during the hinge and loaded return, with the core, hips, ankle, lower back, and lats maintaining alignment.

When to use it

Use for programmable unilateral hinge work, balance practice, and eccentric control. Keep handle configuration consistent and perform 8-15 reps per side.
