Stiff-Legged Deadlift (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Stiff-Legged Deadlift

How to do it

Grip the digital-resistance handles at hip height with soft knees, then hinge forward pushing your hips back until you feel a deep hamstring stretch. Drive your hips forward to return upright, keeping the bar path close to your legs.

Setup

Set both digital-resistance handles low and hold them evenly against the thighs. Stand hip width with knees nearly straight but unlocked, lats engaged, wrists neutral, and ribs stacked.

Where you should feel it

Primarily through the hamstrings during the hinge and loaded return, with the glutes and lower back assisting. Stop before spinal position or knee angle changes.

When to use it

Use for programmable hamstring-focused hinge volume and controlled eccentric loading. Favor repeatable sets of 8-15 reps.
