Calf Press (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Calf Press
How to do it
Sit with your torso supported, legs extended and knees softly unlocked, and both feet against a secure digital-resistance press pad or purpose-built attachment. Press through the balls of both feet to full ankle extension, pause, then return slowly under programmed resistance to a controlled stretch.
Setup
Set the low digital-resistance system with a secure footplate or purpose-built dual-foot attachment. Keep both legs nearly straight, knees softly unlocked, feet parallel, and torso supported or braced.
Where you should feel it
Through both calves during the press and loaded return, with the quads holding knee position and the core stabilizing the torso. Keep the motion at the ankles.
When to use it
Use for programmable straight-knee calf volume and eccentric control. Favor repeatable sets of 10-20 reps.
