Calf Raise (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Calf Raise, Standing Calf Raise (Digital Resistance)

How to do it

Stand on a platform with the balls of your feet at the edge, gripping the XR-Gear digital-resistance handles for balance. Drive up onto your toes to full contraction, then lower your heels below the platform for a deep stretch.

Setup

Set the digital-resistance handles evenly and stand with the balls of both feet on a stable platform, heels free. Hold the handles symmetrically, center yourself over the anchor, and use only light hand support for balance.

Where you should feel it

Through both calves during the rise and programmed return, with a controlled ankle stretch at the bottom. Uneven handle pull, bouncing, or ankle rolling means the setup or resistance needs adjustment.

When to use it

Use for programmable standing calf work with controlled resistance and quick load changes. It supports deliberate full-range sets without placing a bar across your back.
