Seated Calf Raise (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Seated Calf Raise
How to do it
Sit with the balls of your feet on a platform, digital-resistance handles anchored over your thighs. Drive through your toes to raise your heels, then lower slowly for a deep calf stretch.
Setup
Sit with knees near 90 degrees and the balls of both feet on a platform. Secure both digital-resistance handles evenly over padded thighs near the knees so the load stays centered.
Where you should feel it
Deep in both lower calves during the raise and programmable loaded return. Keep the handles stable and control the full ankle range.
When to use it
Use for repeatable bent-knee calf volume with programmable resistance and eccentric control. Favor sets of 10-20 reps.
