Seated Calf Raise (Resistance Band)
How to do it
Sit with the band looped over your thighs and anchored under your feet, balls of your feet on a raised edge. Press through your toes to lift your heels, then lower under control.
Setup
Sit with knees near 90 degrees and the balls of both feet on a raised edge. Secure the band beneath the feet and across padded thighs near the knees with equal tension on both sides.
Where you should feel it
Deep in both lower calves with resistance increasing toward the top. Keep the band positioned safely and control the return into the stretch.
When to use it
Use for portable bent-knee calf work, warm-ups, or high-repetition volume. Smooth sets of 15-30 reps suit the rising resistance.
