Tibialis Raise (Digital Resistance)
Also called Reverse Calf Raise (Digital Resistance), Reverse Calf Raises (Digital Resistance), Digital Resistance Tibialis Raise
How to do it
Sit on a stable bench facing the low digital-resistance cable with a foot strap secured around the forefoot and the heel supported. Pull the toes toward the shin without lifting the heel, squeeze the front of the lower leg, then lower the forefoot slowly against the programmed resistance. Complete the set and repeat on the other side.
Setup
Set the digital-resistance cable at floor height and secure the strap around one forefoot. Sit far enough away for starting tension with the heel supported, knee softly bent, toes toward the unit, and torso tall.
Where you should feel it
Along the front of the working shin during the lift and loaded return, with the core holding the seated posture. Keep the heel down and knee still.
When to use it
Use for programmable unilateral tibialis anterior volume, eccentric ankle control, and side-to-side comparison. Favor 12-25 reps per side.
