Cross-Body Raise (Digital Resistance)
Also called Digital Resistance Cross-Body Raise
How to do it
Set one digital-resistance handle low beside you and start with the working hand across the body near the opposite hip. Raise the handle diagonally upward and outward to about shoulder height, then return slowly without rotating the torso. Complete the set and repeat on the other side.
Setup
Set one digital-resistance cable low and stand side-on with the working hand starting near the opposite hip. Keep the wrist straight, elbow soft, hips square, and torso braced.
Where you should feel it
Across the front and outside of the working shoulder during the raise and loaded return, with the core preventing rotation. Keep the shoulder away from the ear.
When to use it
Use for programmable unilateral shoulder volume and eccentric control through a diagonal elevation path. Favor sets of 10-20 reps per side.
