Front Raise (Digital Resistance)

Also called Digital Resistance Front Raise

How to do it

Stand with the low digital-resistance cable behind you and hold one handle beside your thigh. With a slight elbow bend, raise the handle forward to about shoulder height, then lower it slowly without leaning backward or shrugging. Complete the set and repeat on the other side.

Setup

Set one digital-resistance cable low behind you and step forward until it stays loaded at the bottom. Hold the handle beside one thigh with a straight wrist, soft elbow, and square torso.

Where you should feel it

At the front of the working shoulder during both the lift and loaded return, with the core preventing rotation or backward lean. Avoid shrugging toward the ear.

When to use it

Use for unilateral front-delt isolation with programmable resistance and repeatable eccentric control. It suits controlled 8-15-rep sets per side.
