Front Raise (Resistance Band)

How to do it

Stand on the center of an anchored resistance band with a handle in each hand at your thighs. Raise both arms forward to shoulder height keeping them nearly straight, then lower slowly against the band's tension.

Setup

Stand evenly on the center of the band with one end or handle in each hand at your thighs. Match the band length on both sides, brace your trunk, keep straight wrists, and soften the elbows.

Where you should feel it

At the front of both shoulders with resistance increasing as the hands approach shoulder height. The core should keep you upright without leaning back.

When to use it

Use for portable front-delt volume, warm-ups, or high-repetition finishers. The rising resistance works well for smooth sets of 12-20 reps.
